Indian walkers Neeraj and Kuldeep finished 23rd and 34th respectively in the 10,000 metres walk event of the World junior athletics championships here on Friday.
Neeraj clocked a personal best 43:27.92 while Kuldeep timed 45:40.65.
Hammer thrower Sukhdev Singh and triple jumper Raja Rajasekar failed to go beyond the qualification rounds in their events.
Sukhdev had a mark of 65.21m for the 17th place in his qualification group while Rajasekar was 11th in his group with a jump of 15.19m.
On Thursday, Arju Kumar had finished 11th in a field of 12 in the junior men’s discus final with a throw of 54.56m. He had thrown 57.60 in the qualification round.
