Inter-State carrom: Pardeshi sent packing

The men’s top seed, Yogesh Pardeshi, and the women’s second seed, Ilavazhaki, were toppled in the pre-quarterfinals in the S.P. Sampathy memorial 43rd senior National and inter-State carrom championships here on Thursday.

Bijoy Rabha of Assam and Tamil Nadu’s P. Jayasree accounted for Yogesh and Ilavazhaki.
