An Olympic run will be organised by the Hindustan Sports Foundation on July 22 (Sunday), with a view to promoting Olympic movement and to honour the Olympians in Chennai. The run starts at 6:30 am at the Madhya Kailash junction, long the Rajiv Gandhi Salai up to the Tidel Park junction. In all 20 Olympians, including four Olympic medallists, are expected to be participate. The best school, college and corporate team will be awarded trophies.
