Silverstone is Karun’s next challenge

August 24, 2012 12:14 am | Updated 12:14 am IST - Silverstone:

Ten weeks after finishing sixth at the inaugural endurance race at Le Mans, JRM Racing — for which Karun Chandhok races — takes on its next challenge this weekend in the 6 Hours of Silverstone, the fourth round of the 2012 FIA world championship.

JRM Racing is currently second in the LMP1 standings, 24 points behind current leader Rebellion Racing.

It will be Karun’s first race in nearly two months after Le Mans. Compared to the 24-hour race in Le Mans, this weekend’s race in Silverstone will be a 6-hour race.

Silverstone is not only home to JRM Racing, but is also Karun’s second home as he has done countless miles around the circuit.
