February 22, 2013 11:51 pm | Updated 11:51 pm IST - NEW DELHI:

The seven-day high performance coaching course, conducted by International Hockey Federation (FIH) Master coach Tayyab Ikram and Grade 1 coach Siegfried Aikman, concluded here on Friday.

Altogether 25 coaches participated in the second part of the course, which had begun in Lucknow in September last.

The FIH successfully launched a new coaching development tool, Coaching Webinar, through which Ikram addressed the group of coaches via webcam and demonstrated video analysis of matches.

Ikram said the FIH would like to reach 200 coaches in India by the end of this year and introduce this concept throughout the country.
