Didier Drogba scored twice, after missing a spot kick, with Manchester City star Yaya Toure adding a magical freekick in Ivory Coast's 3-0 defeat of Equatorial Guinea to ease into the semifinals of the Africa Cup of Nations.
The results: Quarterfinals: Ivory Coast 3 (Drogba 36, 69, Yaya Toure 81) bt Equatorial Guinea 0; Zambia 3 (Sunzu 15, C. Katongo 66, Chamanga 86) bt Sudan 0.
