Pradosh Ranjan Paul struck an unbeaten century to help host Tirupur score 259 against Krishnagiri on the opening day of the TNCA under-19 inter-District quarterfinal here on Tuesday.
The in-form Ranjan Paul (112 n.o., 138b, 17x4) shared a 103-run stand with M. Ranjith (37) for the sixth wicket to help the team to a respectable total. At stumps, Krishnagiri was 110 for two.
