June 17, 2017 10:50 pm | Updated 10:50 pm IST - Etawah (U.P.)

When India plays Pakistan in the Champions Trophy final on Sunday, Mehboob Hasan, Pakistan skipper Sarfraz Ahmed’s uncle, will be praying and cheering for Virat Kohli and his men.

Hasan lives here with his family. Sarfraz’s mother Aqeela Bano is his sister and moved to Karachi after marrying Shakeel Ahmad.

“I am sure Team India will win,” Hasan said.

“It’s true that my nephew Sarfraz Ahmed is playing for Pakistan and we wish him and his team all the very best. But nation is above everything and we will be praying for India’s victory,” he added.
