Stepping in with a corrected action, Pragyan Ojha believes that he hasn’t lost his bite. After bagging two wickets, the Rest of India left-arm spinner said: “Whatever I did with my bowling, I didn’t want to lose my penetration and I am happy with the way I have bowled and I am still getting purchase off the pitch.”

Ojha, who believed that his team could cope with a tricky chase, felt that a few decisions did not go his team’s way in the Irani Cup match.

Meanwhile, Karnataka’s R. Samarth said that the host will try to set a 400-plus target. “We were looking at 400 and wanted to play positive. I am disappointed on missing out (on a century) but the ball came in a bit and the bat hit my pad and as the bat-face closed, I missed the ball,” the opener said.

He added that chasing on this surface won’t be easy for Rest of India.
