The Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) in India has called an emergent working committee meeting in Chennai on Tuesday to discuss the scheduling of its annual general meeting.

The decision follows the observation of the Supreme Court on four key officials, including Board president N. Srinivasan (who has stepped aside), after a report by a panel headed by Justice (retd.) Mukul Mudgal on November 3.

The development made the BCCI postpone its AGM, which was scheduled to be held on November 20.

It is understood that the BCCI lawyers will apprise the members of the present situation and the working committee will decide on a new date for the AGM.
