We hate you but love you: Kohli

It’s barely been a week since the memorable India-West Indies showdown in the World T20 semifinal, but the teams’ biggest stars, Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle, brushed shoulders again on Thursday. Only that this time around they weren’t sparring but on the same side, posing for the jersey launch of Royal Challengers Bangalore.

“Congrats for winning the World Cup,” said Kohli. “We hate you for having beaten us,” he added tongue-in-cheek.

“But after that we were all rooting for the West Indies anyway,” he said smilingly.
