Lucknow’s new landmark: The Ekana Stadium

On November 6, 2018, Lucknow's Ekana Cricket Stadium will host its first international match. Last year, Thiruvananthapuram's Greenfield International Stadium became India's 50th international cricket venue, when it hosted a T20 between India and New Zealand.

Over the last decade, several sprawling stadiums have come up across the country. Some cities have more than one international stadium.
