Sami to replace injured Aamer in 2nd Test

Pakistan will be without Mohammad Aamer, their most dangerous bowler, as they go into the second cricket Test against Australia on Sunday hoping to level the series.

In the absence of Aamer, whose five wicket haul in Melbourne was not enough to avert a 170-run defeat in the first Test, Pakistan is expected to pencil in Mohammad Sami.

Among others, leg-spinner Danish Kaneria and pacer Umar Gul are set to replace offie Saeed Ajmal and seamer Abdur Rauf.

Aamer was highly impressive in Melbourne where he picked up the wickets of Ricky Ponting, Michael Clarke and Mike Hussey, while repeatedly breaching the 150kmph mark on quite a few occasions.
