Senior batsman Sachin Tendulkar and off-spinner Harbhajan Singh took some time off to visit their Indian Premier League side Mumbai Indians’ teammate Mohammad Ashraful’s house here on Friday night.
Tendulkar and Harbhajan went to the Mothertek area of the city where Ashraful’s house is located.
Both spent around one hour at Ashraful’s house discussing cricket, including the IPL auction and the prospects of the Mumbai Indians in the forthcoming Twenty20 tournament starting on March 12.
Ashraful has been struggling for form and has scored just 2 and 27 in the two innings in the first Test in Chittagong.
He also did not do well in the tri-series earlier this month scoring just one fifty from four outings.
Coach Jamie Siddons has already expressed his displeasure at Ashraful’s form.
