All multilateral institutions including the IMF and World Bank are talking of a global slowdown. We have come to a situation where from a 3.8% global growth in 2017, we are now estimated to record just about 3% this year, the lowest since the 2008 financial crisis. What are the challenges and opportunities that arise for India at this juncture?
