Some apps can also constantly record and upload audio, video and location information. Use the selfie option on your phone or a selfie stick, a self-timer camera or a remote. When you are submerged in your solo travel adventures, it is best to stay connected to friends and family back home in uploading photos to Instagram, sharing Facebook updates or simply messaging via WhatsApp. It is smart to let people know where you are and where you are headed.
