SP leader’s remark

June 09, 2015 01:56 am | Updated 01:56 am IST

I think that when prominent personalities such as leaders of political parties issue sick remarks, it is really a matter of shame (“ >SP leader goes back on rape remark ”, June 8). While the Prime Minister Narendra Modi appears to be doing his best to ensure the development of the country, there is great regression on account of the underdeveloped mentality and mindset of a section of the population. The first step towards development can be taken only when responsible people like leaders and ministers exhibit a progressive and positive thought process.
