It was interesting to go through the views of V.S. Mani, former Professor of International Space Law, on the ISRO-Devas episode (Feb. 2). No one knows what is going on in ISRO. Till date, no one knows the actual role played by the four ISRO scientists in the signing of the Antrix-Devas deal. All four have declared that they did not earn anything from the deal and are ready for any probe. The ISRO episode has been mishandled by the UPA government and the Prime Minister, in particular.
