India-Nepal relations

October 20, 2015 02:34 am | Updated 02:34 am IST

This is in reference to the article written by Nirupma Rao and Atul Pokharel (“ >It’s time to be a good neighbour ,” Oct.17). What the writers have written is what the leaders of Nepal have been saying in the recent past, completely ignoring the real cause behind the unfortunate crisis in India-Nepal bilateral relations — the various discriminatory provisions against the Madhesis included in the new Constitution. The writers have completely ignored the voice of the Madhesi people of Nepal.
