Congratulations to the team of untiring Indian scientists who have made the launch of PSLV-C16 a success. When the most reliable and cost-effective rocket roared into space and successfully shot India's Resourcesat-2, Youthsat and X-sat in their respective orbits much to the delight of millions, India made history of sorts in rocket launching and space technology. The event deserves to be etched in gold letters. The whole nation greets and salutes the scientists.
