Clarification: The photograph that accompanied the report titled “IAF completes inquiry into accidental missile firing event” (April 10, 2022) was a representative image. The caption should have acknowledged it but did not. The accident and the inquiry were of the IAF whereas the image used was of a Navy ship firing a BrahMos (missile not seen).
