A sentence in the Editorial, “ Ageing with dignity ( Feb. 23, 2017), read: “It is projected that approximately 20% of Indians will be elderly by 2050, marking a dramatic jump from the current 6%. The current percentage of elderly population is 8 .

The second deck of “ Top court backs income rule for foreign spouses ” (World page, Feb. 23, 2017) read: “Ruling impacts U.K. citizens with parents from outside EU”. It should have been partners .

A report, “ Environmentalists urge PM to cancel visit to Isha event ” (Feb. 23, 2017, some editions), inadvertently said Minister Narendra Modi instead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
