The graphic titled “Steering the DMK” that accompanied “Close to half a century at the helm” (some editions, July 27, 2018) erroneously said during the Emergency the DMK patriarch M. Karunanidhi gave up the president’s post. Actually, he had refused to give up the post.
Missing photograph: The photograph of Anupama Kylash at a lec-dem failed to get printed at the initial print run of the Chennai edition of the Friday Review pages (July 27, 2018) because of a technical glitch.
