A sentence in >“Prithviraj Chavan sees a trend in favour of NDA ” (April 6, 2014) read: “Mr. [Prithviraj] Chavan alleged that Mr. Thackeray had made deals ahead of the polls, and cited his decision not to contestthe Nasik seat where the MNS had a good chance.” The sentence should have read: “Mr. Chavan alleged that Mr. Thackeray had made deals ahead of the polls, and cited his decision not to put up a strong candidate in the Nasik seat where the MNS had a good chance.”
