Indian Army says terrorist launch pads, Pakistan posts hit in retaliatory firing

One civilian was killed and three others were injured in Ghundhishat village of Tangdhar district in Pakistan Army artillery firing, says Army; Defence sources said that four launch pads were targeted after civilians causalities. “Atleast six Pakistani soldiers were killed in the firing,” one source said adding each launch pad had over 15-20 terrorists waiting to infiltrate.

Pakistan to open Kartarpur Corridor on November 9; Manmohan to attend inauguration as 'common man'

Pakistan is building the corridor from the Indian border to the Gurdwara Darbar Sahib in Kartarpur, while the other part from Dera Baba Nanak in Punjab’s Gurdaspur district up to the border will be constructed by India. Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would attend the scheduled opening as a common man rather than as a special guest, the Dawn newspaper quoted Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi as telling reporters.
