External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj triggered a controversy by defending her recommendation to the U.K. last year to provide travel documents to former Indian Premier League chief. Modi, in his Instagram account, posted this picture with the caption: Now on the #plane headed straight to #Venice #Italy on @vistajet to join and celebrate the #wedding.

Modi was found guilty of misconduct and indiscipline, which resulted in his removal and subsequent lifetime ban by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. This photo taken from his Instagram account says: Had a most #wonderful #day @amanpuri #phuket #thailand - the #ultimate #resort in the #world.

The former IPL Commissioner was expelled from of the Board of Control for Cricket in India for “serious misconduct and indiscipline.”

Modi took centre stage as IPL chief from 2008 to 2010 before running into trouble with the BCCI during the end of season-3.
