RPF Inspector’s office opened at Salem Railway Junction

A Railway Protection Force Inspector’s Office was opened at the Salem Railway Junction here on Friday.

Hari Shankar Verma, Divisional Railway Manager, Salem Division, Southern Railway declared open the office.

He also opened the RPF barracks on the western side of the junction.

Earlier, he unfurled the Tricolour at the divisional office and accepted the guard of honour presented by the RPF personnel of the division during the Republic Day celebrations. RPF Commando Force, and students of Railway School in Erode and Salem presented various programmes.

Chander Pal, Additional Divisional Railway Manager; M. Narasimham, Chief Medical Superintendent; P. Ponraj, Divisional Security Commissioner, RPF, Salem; S. Thirumurugan, Divisional Personnel Officer; Perumal Nandalal, Senior Divisional Engineer; S. Uma Maheswari, Senior Divisional Financial Manager; A. Vijuvin, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager; and others were present.
