Police seize truckload of ammunition

A vehicle carrying a huge cache of ammunition was intercepted by the police at a traffic intersection on Monday. According to the Special Task Force of the Kolkata Police, a traffic sergeant stopped the truck when it jumped a traffic signal.

“About 5000 rounds of ammunition were recovered from the vehicle,” STF chief Rajiv Kumar said.
