Four armed members of the Isak-Muivah-led National Socialist Council of Nagalim — a part of the security team of Thuingaleng Muivah — were arrested near here by 16 Assam Rifles personnel for violating ceasefire rules, police said on Friday.
They had allegedly been brandishing weapons in Jotsoma village, where Mr. Muivah has been camping since Wednesday to hold talks with civil society leaders on the Naga talks.
As per the ceasefire rules, armed activists should not to be present in civilian areas. —PTI
