Vadra’s claim farcical, says BJP

November 23, 2015 02:25 am | Updated November 16, 2021 09:52 pm IST - New Delhi:

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday described the charge of Robert Vadra that he was being subjected to a political witch-hunt as “farcical” and said the party did not believe in politics of revenge.

The party also charged that Congress president Sonia Gandhi’s son-in-law used the family connections to do business.

“He had used family connections, the political authority wielded by the Gandhis as his political weapon. For him to complain now that he is being used as a political tool is farcical,” party spokesperson Narsimha Rao said.
