Sri Lakshminarasimha Swamy Temple, Yadagirigutta, received record income on Sunday since a huge number of pilgrims thronged the temple on Sunday. The temple earned Rs. 29.34 lakh from all its revenue sources.

The temple received Rs. 10.61 lakh from the sale of Rs. 150 darshan ticket, Rs. 8.15 lakh through the sale of prasadam, Rs. 2.75 lakh from main bookings, Rs. 2.15 lakh from the sale of Rs. 50 darshan ticket and the rest from other sources. Devotees had a tough time finding accommodation since all temple and private lodges remained occupied since Saturday with the increased influx of pilgrims. They had to spend long hours in queues for their turn to have darshan.
