TSSPDCL invites bids for short-term procurement

The Southern Power Distribution Company of Telangana (TSSPDCL) on Wednesday invited tenders for procurement of 500 MW of power round the clock, for the period between November 1, 2014 and May 28, 2015.

The bid document can be downloaded from the website ‘www.tenders.eprocurement.gov.in’, and also can be viewed on the website ‘www.tssouthernpower.com’, a press release from the company informed on Wednesday.

The last date for submission of bid document is October 22.

The two discoms of Telangana have received 108 applications from national and international producers, in response to their invitation for procurement of 500 MW solar power, the note informed.
