Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) general secretary B. Mahesh Kumar Goud has described the Telagnana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) survey report released by Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao as ‘bogus’, ‘fake’ and a ‘self-prepared’ note.

Addressing a press conference here on Monday, he targeted the striking features of the report and questioned as to how the Chief Minister and his family members landed in the top three positions while others were placed at lower ranks.

“Were the MPs left out of the survey? The Chief Minister should have got a survey done for the Lok Sabha seats and performance of his party MPs too,” he said.

Mr. Mahesh Goud criticised the Chief Minister for not fulfilling even 10% of his electoral promises and said that people had no faith on his surveys. “The CM’s surveys are mere strategies to divert the public attention from his failures,” he opined.

He said that if the survey was genuine, the Chief Minister should have directed at least one MLA to resign and seek re-election.
