TRS Govt. blaming Opposition for its shortcomings, says BJP

December 08, 2014 10:53 pm | Updated 10:53 pm IST - WARANGAL:

Senior BJP leader N. Indrasena Reddy said it would do well for the Telangana State if the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao maintained good relations with the Central government.

Instead of building rapport with the Centre, it was not proper to attack the Opposition parties and blaming others for the shortcomings in governance.

The TRS leaders should restrain from rebuking the Opposition leaders and focus on delivering the promises made to people.

He was speaking to reporters in Warangal on Monday. “Etela Rajendar and others should clarify their claims which earlier maintained that nearly 1,200 persons committed suicide for separate Telangana, but the same persons are now maintaining that only 400 persons died for the cause. What happened to the rest of them? Either the TRS made a wrong claim or the government is trying to go back on its promise to help all the martyrs,” Mr Indrasena Reddy said.

The BJP leader also found fault with the government’s decision to rename the KBR Park in Hyderabad and including Nizam life in school syllabi.

Mr Indrasena Reddy urged all the graduates to enrol in voters list and ensure victory of BJP candidate in ensuing MLC elections for better governance. BJP district president A Ashok Reddy and others were present.
