Suicide bid foiled

Two RTC employees have threatened to commit suicide at Suryapet bus station protesting the arrests their colleagues. They doused themselves with kerosene and threatened to immolate themselves. However, the police managed to stop them.

At Nalgonda bus station, staff members conducted a mock funeral procession.

Meanwhile, The protesting RTC staff obstructed buses from coming out of Kodad depot.

Nizamabad Special Correspondent adds: The police and fellow RTC workers foiled the attempt of driver Ramulu to end life by setting himself ablaze at Kamareddy. He sustained minor burn injuries and admitted into a hospital.
