Strengthen patrolling, police told

Superintendent of Police Vikram Jeet Duggal asked the police officials to improve night patrolling and depute beat police at all vulnerable places.

Speaking at the district crime meeting here on Tuesday, Mr.Duggal directed the police to conduct regular check-ups to control overloading of passengers on all the private vehicles to control the accidents. He instructed them to conduct vehicle checks thoroughly by strengthening the check posts on national highways and State highways. DSPs, Inspectors and SIs attended the meeting.
