Enterprising people always devise new ways and means to exhibit their passion. A youth in Warangal displayed his passion for Telangana State by sporting a beard featuring the letters “TS” indicating Telangana State on one side of the cheek and “WGL” indicating Warangal on the other side marking the Telangana Formation Day.Santhosh Manduva of Srinagar Colony who runs a social service organisation Sulakshya Seva Samithi which strives for the well-being of the underprivileged was the centre of attraction in city on Sunday.

Hairdressers Suresh and Shiva of Inspire Beauty Saloon were more enthused with idea and spent nearly two hours etching the letters neatly.   I myself feel as a brand ambassador of Warangal and Telangana, my friends also used to call me as Warangalite and Telanganaite, said Santhosh.

“It is pure passion. I have been experimenting with my beard on many such occasions during the Cricket World Cup 2011 and 2015 with trophy on one side and letters INDIA on the other, TG on one side and 29 on the other when Telangana State was formed in 2014, 2011 on one side and 2012 on the other during new year celebrations, letters GOA during Goa Tour, IPL on one side and letters DC on other during IPL matches etc.” he said.
