No State can match TS’ inclusive growth model: KTR

Minister for Industries, IT and Municipal Administration K.T. Rama Rao, who is also the working president of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), has said that no State in the country could match the inclusive growth model of Telangana under the leadership of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao.

Reacting on a social media platform on Telangana bagging 19 Panchayat Raj awards announced by the Centre on the occasion of National Panchayat Raj Day, he said: “Be it rural development or urban development, no one can match the inclusive growth model of Telangana”. He complimented Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development E. Dayakar Rao and his team for winning 19 awards and extended special compliments to Sircilla Zilla Parishad.

Earlier, Mr. Dayakar Rao complimented Mr. Rama Rao and Rajanna Sircilla district along with four mandals and 14 Gram Panchayats receiving national awards in 19 categories for the appraisal year 2020-21. He appreciated all the public representatives and officials concerned for their excellent work stating that no State was a match to Telangana, thanks to the Chief Minister for guiding the department.

Chandapur village of Wanaparthy mandal has bagged the child-friendly gram panchayat award, Yerravally village of Markook mandal in Siddipet district has been selected for gram panchayat development plan award and Manthangod village of Makthal mandal in Narayanpet district has been chosen for Nanaji Deshmukh rashtriya gaurav gram sabha puraskar.

Further, Deen Dayal Upadhyay panchayat sashaktikaran puraskar has been bagged by Rajanna Sircilla district and Peddapalli, Thirumalagiri (Suryapet), Parvathagiri (Warangal) and Kodimial (Jagitial) mandals.

Besides, DDUPSP award has also been bagged by Mukra-K (Adilabad), Velchala (Karimnagar), Venkatapuram (Mahabubabad), Jakkapur and Burugupalle (Siddipet), Gundlapotlapally (Mahabubnagar), Maddikunta and Mandepally (Sircilla), Nagaram and Haripuram (Peddapalli) and Mariapuram (Warangal) gram panchayats.
