The Financial Assistance to Students of Telangana (FAST) scheme committee held discussions with revenue officials on the modalities to be worked out for issuing the native and income certificates for students wishing to benefit under the scheme.
The meeting discussed about the competent authority to give the nativity certificates and necessary documents to be submitted by the students. The time limit within which the students’ applications have to be approved and the problems that might arise at the ground level were also discussed.
