Governor to inaugurate two-day mega cultural extravaganza

The second leg of the Rashtriya Sanskriti Mahotsav (RSM)-2022 will begin in Warangal with Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan slated to inaugurate the two-day mega cultural extravaganza in Warangal on Tuesday. Union Minister of Culture, Tourism & Development of North East G. Kishan Reddy will also be taking part in the show on the last day.

The national cultural festival started at Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh on March 26 as part of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’. The festival will have performances by local artistes, choreographed folk performances, classical music performance by Hyderabad Brothers (Carnatic vocals) and musical performance by Padmshri awardee Darsham Mogulaiah and playback singer Mangali.

On the second day, there will be a live performance by music director and singer Vande Matram Shrinivas and other popular playback singers, apart from a classical dance show by K. Padmaja Reddy. The third leg of the festival will be held in Hyderabad for three days from April 1-3 .
