Funds sought for Vemulawada

Karimnagar MP B Vinod Kumar has urged Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to release Rs. 12.90 crore for Vemulawada Assembly constituency under the Special development funds as promised during his visit to the Vemulawada temple town recently.

In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister and a copy of which was released to the media here on Sunday, the MP said that the Chief Minister had announced release of Rs 10 lakh for each grama panchayat and Rs 25 lakhs for each mandal and Rs 1 crore for the Vemulawada town for taking up various developmental works.-Special Correspondent
