To commemorate the Police Martyrs Memorial Week, the City Police commissionerate is organising a competition in photography and short length films with the theme of `people friendly police’. The week-long celebrations would be held from October 15 to 21. Those who want to take part in the competition should send three photographs in 10x12 format and the soft copy in a CD or DVD. The short films should be sent in DVD format. The results would be declared on October 10, Police Commissioner G Sudheer Babu said.
