e-service app for grievance identification and registration in Nizamabad soon

The district is going innovative as regards the grievance identification and registration by developing an android based application system and the facility will come in handy to people shortly.

Dual facility

Explaining about the app named Nizamabad e-service system the Collector Yogitha Rana has said that it has a dual facility of e-service request management and grievance management.

It will bring total change as the complainant can bring his grievance to the notice of particular authority through mobile app and as soon as his complaint lands at the dash board he or she will receive the message, she says.

Giving details of the progress in the implementation of different Government programmes at a press conference, here on Tuesday, she said that tenders for the construction of 2BHK houses were finalised in Nizamabad [rural], Bodhan, Armoor and Banswada constituencies and in the last segment work would begin on Tuesday.

Dr. Yogitha said that foundation would be laid for the construction of houses in the remaining three constituencies in the next couple of days. Contractors responded well with bids to the programme, she claimed.

With regard to the condition in Government General Hospital here and also in PHCs she said that the bed occupancy rate rose and in the last three days at the GGH it was 100 per cent.

Institutional deliveries improved from 15 per cent to 51 and the administration aimed at taking it to 70 per cent by March 31.

Modern equipment

Primary Health Centres were given modern equipment for disease diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases by spending one crore rupees, she said adding that efforts were on to launch e-hospital system shortly.

Cervical cancer examinations were conducted to 1.03 lakh women and plans were afoot to give treatment to those who were tested positive, she explained.

Joint Collector A. Ravinder Reddy said that all land details were being computerized and therefore mutation certificates would be issued within 15 days of registration.

In the regularisation of Sada Binamas the district ranked number third in the State, the Joint Collector said.
