To educate people about the welfare schemes launched by the BJP government at the Centre, the BJP district unit has decided to conduct motorcycle rallies in all the villages and municipal divisions in the towns from August 17 to 27.
Talking to newsmen here on Sunday, BJP district president Kotha Srinivas Reddy said with 11 motorcycles carrying the party flags would distribute pamphlets highlighting the achievements of the BJP government at the Centre. He said that they would inform the farming community about the increase of MSP of their produce, Fasal Bima Yojana etc. They would also explain how the TRS had betrayed farmers by issuing passbooks with lots of mistakes and irregularities and not issuing passbooks to more than 40% farmers.
