Home guards Nalaganti Shankar and K. Satish working in Neredigonda police station in Adilabad district will participate in the International Masters Athletics tournament to be held in Australia in October later this year.
Their performance in the Indian Masters Athletics tournament held in Mumbai recently made them eligible for participation in the international tournament.
Superintendent of Police Tarun Joshi felicitated the champions and said he will examine ways and means to send them to Australia.
