Tourism package to Krishna pushkaralu

In order to attract tourists and pilgrims for the ensuing Krishna pushkaralu scheduled to be held from August 12 to 23, the Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC) has decided to operate special package buses from Karimnagar town to Beechupalli in Mahabubnagar district.

In a press note here on Monday, TSTDC district manager Sammaiah Naik said that they would be operating non-AC hi-tech buses from Karimnagar town (district museum office) to Beechupalli in Mahabubnagar district via Hyderabad every day during the pushkaralu. The bus starts at 6 a.m. from Karimnagar and returns the next morning.

The package is priced at Rs. 1,500 per adult and Rs. 1,200 for children, which includes darshan at Jogulamba Devi Shakthi Peetham temple in Alampur. Further details can be obtained at www.tstdc.in for online reservation or by dialing 96666-51563 and 90100-09844, the note added.
