The Hindu MetroPlus Lifestyle Show from today

The arrival of the four-day The Hindu MetroPlus Lifestyle Show 2017, the largest consumer fair in south India, at Chennai Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, is timely indeed.

One of the premier events focussing on the lifestyle, automobile and furnishing industries, the expo starting on Saturday showcases products from different companies to meet the demands of customers.

It is spread across 12,000 square metres and includes an exclusive pavilion for the National Jute Board, in which 16 stalls showcase an entire range of products.

Range of products

The expo offers a range of products ranging from consumer electronics, home appliances, furniture and furnishings, kitchen accessories, arts and handicrafts to automobiles and accessories, home needs and interiors, textiles and jewellery, computer and IT products, insurance and, resorts and hotels and several allied products.

What makes the fair tick is the quality that comes with fair pricing. For manufacturers too, the fair presents an exciting opportunity.

“We are happy to be here. The festive season is when people venture out to shop,” said a representative of a electronics manufacturing firm.

The title sponsor of this show is Samsung. The co-sponsors are Abirami Rice, Aachi Masala and Vijay Electronics. Metalcraft and K-Lite is the supporting partner, the water partner is Aachi Water and Vivekananda Coffee is the coffee partner.
