Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Monday extended his birthday greetings to former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
“I wish him good health and happiness,” Mr. Stalin said. In his greetings, he said Dr. Singh provided stability during his administration, maintained dignity in public life, reduced poverty to a greater extent while being humble.
