Co-optex has fixed a sales target of Rs. 350 crore during the current financial year and arrangements have been made for attracting customers through ready-made garments, said T.N. Venkatesh, Managing Director, Co-optex.
Speaking after inaugurating the ‘Pongal’ special rebate sales at Mukkani showroom here on Friday, he said this annual target included a sales target of Rs.85 crore for the ‘Pongal’ season.
There has been a good response to online sale introduced by the Cooptex.
So far, a sum of Rs. 2.56 lakh had been realised through 46 online orders.
Later, he inaugurated the gift voucher scheme. Vouchers in the denominations of Rs.500, Rs.1,000 and Rs.2,000 are available.
The gift vouchers could be utilised for purchasing Co-optex goods at any one of the 20 notified showrooms within three months.
