PMK leader S. Ramadoss walked out of a press meet here when a reporter sought his view on the rise in the number of honour killings in the State. “You can write about other important things that I spoke about so far,” he said, leaving the venue.

Earlier he said the Pattali Makkal Katchi’s election manifesto, which will be released shortly, will feature “a new social contract” between the government and citizens.

Asked whether any party had approached the PMK for alliance talks, he admitted that the BJP had approached them but refused to divulge information.
